The factory console supervises approved work: orders, the node that runs them, the evidence that comes back and the human decisions recorded against them.
There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created from an administrator's single-use invitation. Repeated failures are throttled per account and per address, and the error never says which part of your credentials was wrong.
